Emanuela is trained in humanitarian law by Harvard University and PHAH. She has been a Political Advisor to the UN Security Council for two years working on conflict and post-conflict situations in Africa, including in the lake Chad region. Emanuela has also worked on governance and rule of law in her tenure as Head of the International Department for the European Public Law Organisation (EPLO) while planning, managing, implementing and monitoring projects funded by the European Union in Eastern Europe and CIS.
