Peacebuilding and international affairs professional who is specialized in mediation, dialogue and conflict resolution issues. Jasper has over five years of combined field and academic experience working in Myanmar, Mindanao, West Africa and Europe supporting the work of INGOs and international development organizations. His work has focused on supporting civil society, non-state armed groups and government actors, researching and implementing conflict resolution and peacebuilding projects. He has skills in qualitative research and policy analysis; Concept note and proposal development; Training and capacity-building of partners; Key stakeholder interviews and relationship-building; Conflict Sensitivity approaches; and political economy analysis. He has particular research expertise knowledge on peace agreement implementation and peace agreement implementation phase dialogue mechanisms.
