Romain Lefebvre is an experienced leadership and security expert based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the international security and Defense field. After 9 years as an army officer with management and learning positions, including in international headquarters (KFOR, EUFOR), he became a security consultant with focus on international threats, Defence issues and leadership. He has extensive expertise in leadership and management after overseeing important departments in the Army. He has a certification as a security manager and to conduct site surveys in hostile environment.

Until recently, he was human rights and security senior advisor for Africa, in charge of partnership with security forces in Sahel countries on human rights and governance promotion. He also had the occasion to give lectures to students in Risk management regarding Security issues in Africa.


Romain Lefebvre has extensive experience in working in: Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Denmark, Djibouti, France, Gabon, Kosovo, Mali, and Niger.
